Printronix Expands Service Provider Network by Teaming up with FUJIFILM North America Corporation

IRVINE, Calif., — Printronix, Inc. and FUJIFILM North America Corporation jointly announced today a strategic agreement whereas Fujifilm will become a Service Provider to Printronix products and expand Printronix’ service capabilities throughout North America.

“It is a logical progression for us, as the original manufacturer of IBM and Infoprint branded line matrix and thermal printers, we want to ensure those customers have a choice for service,” said Mark Edwards, senior vice president, Global Sales and Marketing, Printronix, Inc. “Fujifilm is a world-class service organization which enables Printronix to strengthen its service offerings to customers relying on our printers to run their business.”

Peak Resources, a system integrator and distributor of Printronix and other print product suppliers applauds the partnership.

“Service is at the heart of our organization and having the support of the original manufacturer, like Printronix, ensures maximum printer uptime for our customers”, said Kirstin Larson, director of Print Sales and Operations, PEAK Resources, Inc.
